Antique Childs Navy Sailer Outfit ESTATE Silk And Linen Vintage Textiles Costume

You are bidding on an antique young boys outfit. The top especially is so beautiful. One shoulder has what looks like a patch with an eagle and two anchors as well as two stripes below. Back of collar has a star on each side. One edge of collar is bent and I do not want to try and press it. I will leave that to the new owner.
I am unsure what size this is supposed to be. The only marks I see are a 6–7 on the front color. There are beautiful iridescent white shell like round buttons that hold the anchor lapel in place. The inner lapel does have a stain on it but it does not show because it is underneath the shirt. The pants have printed Halsell 3 and a number 6.
I believe material is silk and linen.
The pants do have some wear on the back side.
The fabric on one back leg is worn through to the linen and has been stitched. There is a linear hole above the patch a linear hole below the patch and a through and through hole on the side crease.
Top has a brown stain at the V collar by the anchor.
It almost looks like a scorch mark from ironing or perhaps a burn from some other occurrence. But it is not a hole.
I do not want to try and mess with this for fear of ruining it.
There are a couple very small stains to the white silk top however very minimal other than the one scorch mark in the front.
This outfit would look beautiful in a shadowbox and make a beautiful display piece. Could also be used for vintage pictures. While very fragile, it does appear to be extremely well-made.
