    NOCKS and POINTS-- Nocks are impact resistant, and made by polycarbonate material, they're not glued and adjustable. Field points are replaceable and weigh 100 grain, vanes size is 3 inches and steering quickly with airflow design. The Alu inserts are glued and match with the Screw-in field points.
    APPLICATION and RECOMMENDATION-- We recommend using spine300 and 400s arrows on 45-70 pounds bows. Spine500 arrows are for light draw weight recurve bow or archery beginners.
