New stunning seed beaded inlay in a pretty aztec design with teal, black, white and burgundy beads. Light/medium oil leather with tooled design, finished and stitched edges and chrome buckle.  Double and stitched cowhide leather.  Measurement adjusts approx 9" to 10 1/2".
Sized to fit Ladies boots.
