It offers clean responses and 32 ps rise times making it well-suited for time-domain characterization of 10-Gbit/s components. It's high gain and well-behaved frequency response also makes it useful for frequency-domain measurements. For higher responsivity from 500-1630 nm, this photoreceiver consists of our new, improved InGaAs PIN photodiodes followed by GaAs HBT amplifiers. Singlemode FC Optical Input
