Vintage Kansas City A’s (Oakland Athletics) baseball uniform kids Wilson 60s 70s KCMO 810 Kansas City Athletics Oakland A’s Condition is pre-owned.Please read full description for info and possible (or probable) history.
This is a kid size/children’s size. I am not certain what size it is. See pics 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 for laying flat measurements.
Fabric feels like flannel. Guessing 100% cotton (flannel). NOT a stretchy fabric. The waist of the pants does have some stretch as there is elastic in back of waist. Elastic is still really stretchy (see how gathered back of waist is in pics).
Buyer will receive one jersey and one pair of pants. There is no cap.
All pics are is the same ONE two piece outfit buyer will receive. See all 12 pics for details & enlarge reach pic for a closer look. Any wear/pilling, spots/stains/soiling, discoloration, flaws, imperfections or anything else is to be considered character. See pics 5 & 6 (as some things are pointed out).

According to what I’ve been able to research, I believe this uniform to be in relation to Kansas City Athletics, Oakland Athletics (Oakland A’s) (or both). It was found/sourced from the greater San Francisco Bay Area of California. But, I’m thinking the KCMO on back may be an abbreviation for Kansas City MO (Missouri). Please read further for more info.
Guesstimate circa 1960s or maybe early 1970s. See the label. If you collect vintage sportswear, you may know whether or not this is spot on.

I think this jersey may have been made for the child of Wesley Rush aka Wesley “Red” Rush.
According to SF GATE Sports (writer John Shea on January 15, 2009):
'Red' Rush did three stints as A's play-by-play man
Mr. Rush, who was hired and fired three times by A's owner Charlie Finley, called games for the Kansas City A's in 1965 and Oakland A's in 1971 and 1979-80. He also had stints with the Warriors, Cal and USF.
